Olivia is one of the two guides in a typical game of SEED.

Olivia's head is round, with a circular, white screen acting as a 'face', resembling an astronaut's helmet. On the screen is typically displayed a set of blue lines, simplistically representing bangs, eyelashes, and eyes. Two blue 'horns' / antennae come out of both sides of Olivia's head, pointing out into the air. Olivia wears a blue sweater over a white button-up shirt, with a thin blue bow tied and tucked under Olivia's collar. Olivia has a yellow skirt on, sometimes with white stockings (this is inconsistent), and blue pumps.

Olivia spawns in at the beginning of the game, and first is introduced when Amada Trejo spawns into Dodecastratum. From then on, Olivia guides the following players:

PERSONALITY

In contrast to Olivia's counterpart, when the game begins, Olivia is rather expressive and gentle. Olivia speaks with a soft tone to Olivia's words, despite delivering functionally the same information as Albus most of the time, due to their same nature of existence. After Albus begins talking big about establishing identities rather than exclusively fulfilling their designed roles, Olivia is visibly hesitant at the notion, considering it to be almost dangerous and wondering if it has some impact on the disintegration of the game. Olivia does, over time, accept this idea, though only barely - Olivia doesn't ever choose pronouns, but Olivia does express feelings more genuinely, as the game goes on.

Olivia clearly holds most of the players on a high pedastal, finding them to be fascinating to watch. Olivia grows an obsession with human culture, which leads to a lot of conversations with players that aren't related to the game - Olivia's also much more open with information, much to Albus's chagrin. While Olivia's a social butterfly, Olivia doesn't actually seem to have a favorite player for most of the game.

Despite Olivia's softspoken personality, Olivia does do a lot to try to prevent Albus from claiming the Light to protect the players, even going as far as to attack it. Olivia is heartbroken when Albus becomes the Empty White Dawn.

RELATIONSHIPS

Albus

The two are extensions of the same computer, and Olivia finds Albus understands more than anything else ever could. Olivia feels alienated when Albus begins pushing to explore an identity together, but Olivia ultimately supports their path forward - it's just not for Olivia. Olivia would give up the world to protect Albus.

Olivia grows a sort of resentment as Albus' newfound independent identity distances the two somewhat, though Olivia never expresses this.

Amada Trejo

Olivia finds time with Amada is enjoyable, though not when she's spending time with Sofia Suaviter. Since Amada knows so much about fashion in the 21st century, Olivia enjoys listening to her talk about it, and has even been inspired to make some of Olivia's own designs.

After Episode 3, Olivia stops spending time with Amada, due to what happens during that Episode.

Cherry Thaxton

Being the game's sort-of creator, Cherry doesn't need Olivia's help much at all, so Olivia rarely ever checks in on mew. Olivia finds mew pretty amusing, and thinks that mew adding things to SEED and getting it to successfully launch is a pretty impressive feat. Olivia thinks Samuel is so so so so cutes too.

Olivia finds Cherry to be kind of noisy, but Olivia understands a lot of Cherry's techno-babble.

Isabelle Davis

They're both pretty quiet people, so most of their time together is spent in silence, polite conversations over tea and painting together. Olivia does like to hang out, though, and finds these events to be pretty calming. When Olivia needs to wipe all thoughts away, Olivia goes to Isabelle.

Olivia helps Isabelle take care of Cherry after mew's first death.

Jesse Lakatos

Over the course of the game, Olivia and Jesse have a sort-of homoerotic thing going on. Jesse's very sweet, and Olivia always feels listened to when Olivia talks to them. While they don't talk much in return through the AAC, Olivia still finds them to be kind and charming.

When Albus is scattered, Olivia appreciates Jesse's support. Olivia didn't expect Jesse to ask Yua Matsuo to try to experiment on her shard.

Julio Diaz

Given the particularly buggy nature of Julio's corner of Dodecastratum, Olivia does try to answer questions and provide hints as to what he can do to work around these issues through the game. Olivia knows that Julio is plenty smart, and gives hints Olivia feels are easy enough to pick up on.

Beyond that, Olivia doesn't talk much to Julio. Olivia has a hard time keeping up with his 50's terminology.

Reed Miller

Reed is Olivia's friend! Olivia thinks ey're very nice, and ey introduced Olivia to My Little Pony. Through Reed, Olivia gets to learn more about human media, particularly for children - something Reed's specialized in. Olivia tries to set aside time to watch movies with Reed.

Olivia unravels gender woes on Reed, which helps Olivia understand what Olivia wants better.

Rhett Miller

He's kind of mean, Olivia thinks, and he interrupts movie nights sometimes really rudely. Olivia tries to avoid talking to him, though sometimes it's unavoidable, due to Olivia's role as a guide to SEED. Despite these feelings, Olivia doesn't talk about this to Reed, since Olivia doesn't want to hurt Rhett's feelings.

Sometimes Olivia gets the feeling Rhett needles Olivia for fun. But who would be that rude!?

TRIVIA

The name "Olivia" means olive, like a black olive.

On the back of Olivia's head is Olivia's name, spelled in one of the two Mimean fonts.

Due to the unsanctioned nature of their game, Olivia didn't spawn in the mimeo's game.

¹ I gave Olivia these because it's fun, despite the fact that Olivia wouldn't 'technically' have these things due to being what Olivia is. It's all for personality stuff!
