As stated on the main page of the site, this website primarily serves to be an information hub about my projects and original characters. Each project has its own collection of pages about its characters and concepts, and a lot tend to link up as a lot tend to take place in the same overarching 'universe' - mine! My cinematic universe. That's the joke.
This site can also serve as an update hub for these projects, announcing updates on latest works and release times and whatever. As I write this, the website's still young, and I'm still playing with some ways to creatively use this space.
Building off that idea, the third purpose is to shift myself away from being dependent on Tumblr for spreading my content, and building a new audience in a space I can control almost entirely. This isn't a personal use website, and it'll be specifically focused on talking about my projects and stuff related to them.
Finally, it'll function as a space for me to mess around with HTML and CSS. I'm a self-taught coder, and I'd like a space where I can experiment a little more creatively than other spaces allow.
So basically... yeah. That's the handful of reasons why this website exists! I'll continue to update this about as I continue to build this website, so stay tuned.
